FMCO Contact Management

The FMCO Board of Directors manages the organization. In addition to administrative functions, the board plans concerts and fund raising and promotional events

During the operation of the organization, the FMCO Board must manage and reference numerous contacts. For example:

  • rosters of board members and musicians, including the parents of younger musicians
  • soloists and other guest performers that may perform with the group
  • lists of former or inactive members
  • the mailing list used for publicity mailings
  • contacts with area media organizations that receive press releases and announcements
  • local music teachers, community leaders and businesses that provide assistance or support
